SECURITY DEPOSITS AND FEES

Within 21 days of the last day of your lease your security deposit will be mailed to you. Please call with or email us your forwarding address 10 days prior to your lease ending date so the check arrives promptly. The amount will be the original deposit, plus interest. If you have a balance on your account, or incurred any fees at move out, this amount will be deducted from your deposit.

Fees incurred will depend on the condition of your apartment at move-out. Keep in mind that your apartment should be empty of all personal items, be cleaned, odor-free and vacuumed for the new residents. All blinds and furnishings should be intact and in good condition. In addition, you need to leave behind (or turn in at the service desk) all key cards, garage entrance cards and parking tags.

If damages to your apartment are in excess of your security deposit you will be billed for the balance.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding your security deposit, they must be received IN WRITING within 30 days of receipt of the settlement.
