RETAIL SPACE

The University Square development has 134,000 square feet of retail space on its first two floors. The retail portion of the development is retained by Executive Management, Inc. (EMI).

Retail tenants include Walgreens and Name of the Game. Other retailers that are coming soon include: Cuppy's Coffee, VICI Capilli Salon, Spa & School, and Pitaya, a women's clothing store.

There is also a second floor food court with that is home to Sbarro, StirFry88, Nori Japan, and Quizno's. Bubble Island, Varsity Grill and Fattoush are coming soon.

A public parking ramp available for shoppers and diners. The entrance is located on Lake Street and guests at Lucky are encouraged to park here while visiting our residents.
