PROCESS

Lucky has a simple four-step process:

1. Find your unit:
The first step to living Lucky is to check our availability page. Choose the floor you're interested in and then check the availability on the right side of that floors page. Please note that waiting lists are available and that roommate matching availability is not listed on our website.

2. Request a showing:
Once you've decided on your unit, call us to inquire about pricing and to schedule a tour of the property and the units you're interested in. We also have a model unit available so if you're in the neighborhood, stop by to see it!

3. Apply:
Click here to fill out an application form. Each resident in the unit must submit an individual application and be at least 18 years of age. Submit the form(s) and your earnest money (equal to one half-months rent) to hold your apartment until the application process is complete. Earnest money is applied towards your first month's rent. It will be forfeited if you withdraw your application and refunded if your application is denied.

4. Sign Your Lease:
Once your application is approved, we'll schedule a lease signing or rush you your lease documents by traditional mail or as a PDF file. The lease signing must take place within 5 business days of approval notification and all roommates must be present. If the lease(s) are not returned by their due date, the unit you requested will go back on the market and will made available to other prospective residents, or those on waiting lists.
