RENT PAYMENT

There are multiple ways to pay your rent at Lucky:

1. Preferred Resident Card:
The easiest way to pay your rent and for your accessories packages at Lucky is to use your Preferred Resident Card. You'll be able to add funds from your credit or debit card online and then stop by the front desk to make your payment. Online rent payments are coming soon!

2. Automatic Payments:
Another simple solution is to enroll for automatic payments to be made through your checking or savings account. It's quick and easy, plus there are no fees, and there's no risk for late payments. Click here to download the enrollment form.

3. Cash, Check or Card:
Rent payment can also be made by cash, bank card, personal check, or certified check: Pay in person at the service desk, call in your card number, or mail your check to our offices. Please don't mail cash! Checks should be made out to SBA Management Services.
