• Executive Management, Inc. (EMI): EMI is one of Madison's largest commercial development companies, conceived of and is spearheading the University Square development project. EMI is also managing the retail portion of this project.
  
  
• The University of Wisconsin: The University and the University Research Park's Real Estate Development Corp. were instrumental in seeing this development go from a vision to a reality. The University Health Services, Student Activity Center, Registrars Office, and Student Financial Services Office will all come together in a separate 11-story building in the University Square development.
