University Square

Lucky is part of University Square, a dynamic, modern, and energetic mixed-use development that creates an unprecedented fusion of shopping, dining, and living in downtown Madison.

University Square is an 11-story, 1.1 million square-foot project that, in addition to Lucky, is home to 236,500 square feet of university, student and health service offices, 134,000 square feet of retail space and 420 ramp style parking stalls. The project is owned by three partners, EMI (also the developer), Steve Brown Apartments, and the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
