At Lucky, there are over 25 staff members ready to provide you with a premium living experience. The team is led by General Manager - David Woodward, Community Manager - Dan Seeley, Sales Manager - Mitch Colstad and Concierge Manager - David Klabanoff.

Lucky is the newest addition to the Steve Brown Apartments community. Steve Brown, a UW Law School graduate, began investing in the campus area more than 25 years ago because he enjoyed working with students and wanted to make a long-term commitment to improve the quality of campus area housing. Many former residents now work with him at Steve Brown Apartments, sharing his commitment to providing the highest level of service to his residents.

A lot has changed since those early days. We've expanded our property portfolio to include housing options for everyone, not just students. What hasn't changed, however, is our commitment to a quality housing experience.
