Kitchens: Kitchens includes wood laminate flooring, premium maple cabinets, a deluxe stainless appliance package including a quick-cook/microwave oven, stovetop range, refrigerator, multi-cycle dishwasher, and garbage disposal, tile backsplash, a breakfast bar with stools, and crown moulding.

Bathrooms: Large bathrooms with ceramic tile flooring, shower stalls and tubs with curtain rods, cultured marble countertops with integral sinks, and decorative vanities. There are linen cabinets or built-in shelving in select units.

Living Rooms: Enjoy wood floors, designer couches, slipper chairs and side tables, thick trim and casings with designer wall colors and accent wall, balconies, programmable thermostats, some with dual control zones, and 9-foot ceilings.

Bedrooms: Relax with plush carpeting and full beds (twins are available for double occupancy). Bedrooms also have thick trim and casings with designer wall colors, cable and Internet ready jacks in each room, locking doors with card access, and solid core doors/sound deadening technology to reduce noise.

Extras: Heat and Super High Speed Internet (Up to 100 Mbps!) are included. Housekeeping, bedroom safes, and cable TV are available.

Exclusively on Floors 11-14

Kitchens: Upgrade to designer flooring, designer countertops and cabinet hardware, and cherry cabinets. You'll also upgrade to a multi-cycle dishwasher with wood front panel, continuous garbage disposal, a built-in quick-cook wall oven (most units), a stainless range hood, and in-freezer icemaker.

Bathrooms: Penthouse floors upgrade to glass doors on shower stalls, designer faucet hardware, and designer vessel sinks and vanities.

Living Rooms: Upgrade to designer wood style floors, designer paint schemes, painted trim and crown moulding, and floor-to-ceiling glass walls. Most units also include a gas fireplace.

Bedrooms: Upgrade to designer wood style floors, and crown moulding with designer paint colors in all bedrooms.

Extras: Free bedroom safes are included.
