Service Desk: Lucky has a service desk that's open daily to help you with your leasing needs. Our Resident Relations Coordinators can assist you with your rental account, can help you obtain maintenance, and can provide you with information about renewing or transferring your lease.

Integrated Business Center: Through our Integrated Business Center you can purchase postage and send or receive faxes at our service desk, or make B&W or color copies and printouts at our concierge desk. Our lobby is home to three computer kiosks that are available for you to use. Each has high-speed Internet access, and a USB port so you can transfer files to and from your memory stick.

Laundry and Vending: Each floor at Lucky has a laundry room with two washers and dryers and a folding table. These machines are equipped with Laundry View: an online monitoring system that allows you to check machine availability, monitor your laundry's progress and receive an e-mail or text message when your laundry is done. Floor Lounges: In the center of each floor at Lucky, you will find a private lounge with plenty of comfortable furniture, wireless Internet access, and a large flat screen T.V. These lounges are open 24-hours a day and are open to the residents on that floor.

Rooftop Lounges: Lucky also offers a rooftop sundeck and fourth floor rooftop green garden terrace. These areas are open on a daily basis as the weather allows. Each area has plenty of lounge furniture for relaxing or catching up with friends.
