PREFERRED RESIDENT CARD

The Preferred Resident Card at Lucky is your all-access pass to the many exclusive services and conveniences that are available to all Lucky residents.

Not only is the card your apartment key, it's also a declining balance card that's used for laundry, vending, copies, printouts, sundries, Lucky Gear, paying rent and, coming soon, as a debit card at select area restaurants and shops.

• Key Card: Much like a hotel key card, the Preferred Resident Card is your access key to your apartment door and even your bedroom door. Just pass the card over the reader and these doors will all open for you!
• Laundry: The laundry machines at Lucky are equipped to use the Preferred Resident Card for all wash and dry cycles. Just swipe the card and start your load.
• Vending: Use your Preferred Resident Card to purchase snacks and sodas at all of Lucky's vending machines.
• Business Center: When you need to make copies or print files at the Lucky Business Center you can simply charge the costs to your Preferred Resident Card.
• Lucky Shop: Use the funds on your Preferred Resident Card to pick up emergency sundries or Lucky Gear merchandise at the Lucky Shop at the second floor service desk.
• Lucky Merchants: As the retail spaces at University Square fill, we'll be adding retailers to our Lucky Card Merchant program. Then, you'll be able to use your Preferred Resident Card to purchase items at these locations. Stay tuned!

It's easy to add funds to your card: just stop by the service desk or visit our web portal and log on to your account. The web portal also allows guests to add funds to your account without compromising security. Visit http://mycard.stevebrownapts.com to start adding funds! The password you need to access your account will be provided when you pick up your keys.
