PR-Card Funds
PR-Card Funds is a pre-paid stored value account that's part of your Preferred Resident Card program. It's the convenient, cash and credit card-free way to pay for your purchases on property and off. Many of your favorite businesses will accept your PR-Card Funds as payment. You can use your card to pay for groceries, laundry, delivery, restaurants and more!

There are three easy ways to load PR-Card Funds:

  1. Sign up for auto withdrawals from your checking or savings account for FREE! (click here to download the ACH Form).
  2. Stop by your community's service desk and add PR-Card funds by check.
  3. Visit mycard.stevebrownapts.com to add funds using a debit or credit card (fees may apply). Using this site, anyone can add money to your account, without compromising your privacy!
