DAY OF THE MOVE During August move-in, the garage doors at Lucky will be open to allow residents easy access to their apartment.
- Enter the Lucky garage through the entrance on Johnson Street. The doors will be open.
- Drive up to the first level and temporarily park by the entrance to the elevator lobby.
- Go to the service desk to register and to get your move-in packet and key card: you will learn about our Preferred Resident Card program, our convenient ACH Rent Payment program, receive your check-in form, and receive your building access fob.
- You will also need to pay any outstanding balances and provide proof of renters insurance. Please be prepared with a copy of your policy. Key cards will not be issued, and you will not be able to move in until these items are taken care of.
- Drive up to the second level and pull up to the elevator lobby entrance to unload your items.
- Once your vehicle is unloaded, park your car on the second level and move the rest of your things into your apartment.
- Please move your car(s) once you're settled so that other residents can have this same convenience.
