CONCIERGE SERVICES
Lucky has a 24-hour Concierge Service Desk in our main lobby. A trusted Steve Brown Apartments employee will be available around the clock to let the late night pizza delivery man in, keep an eye on the security cameras, help you if you get locked out, and take care of any noise complaints.
This area is also where residents can purchase emergency sundries. We have toothpaste, aspirin, band-aids, personal items, and more available should you need them. These items can be purchased using your Preferred Resident Card.

- Call in your restaurant reservations
- Call in your golf tee-time reservations
- Arrange salon and spa appointments for you
- Arrange theatre, event and show ticket reservations
- Provide mail delivery service, plant and fish care, or arrange a pet sitter while you're on vacation
- Facilitate grocery delivery to your apartment
- Arrange laundry and dry cleaning pick-up and delivery
- Arrange bottled water pick-up and delivery
- Arrange rental cars, limousines, taxis and couriers
- Set up carpet cleaning services
- Birthday, anniversary and appointment reminder service
One-time Housekeeping Services
$49 for a Studio or 1 Bed or $79 for 2, 3 and 4 Beds
Need to tidy up your place but don't have the time? Just call and set up a time and our professionals will clean your bathroom, vacuum and sweep the floors, and clean your kitchen counters and sink.
Furniture Assembly
$35 per hour, one hour minimum
Our professional maintenance staff is available to assemble your furniture in your home. Call for details and to schedule your appointment. Appointment times are limited.
Charges for Concierge Services should be payed in advance at our service desk.
