COMMUNITY AREAS

Floor Lounges
In the center of each floor at Lucky, you will find a private lounge with plenty of comfortable furniture, wireless Internet access, and a large flat screen T.V. These lounges are open 24-hours a day and are open to the residents on that floor.

Rooftop Lounges
Lucky also offers a rooftop sundeck and fourth floor rooftop green garden terrace. These areas are open on a daily basis as the weather allows. Each area has plenty of lounge furniture for relaxing or catching up with friends.



Food Court
The University Square development has a food court on it's second floor which is owned and managed by EMI. Lucky residents have direct access to the food court from stair 5 within Lucky. There are multiple restaurant bays, plenty of seating, including an outdoor eating area, and free wireless Internet.
