- Prior to move in, we will send each resident a statement outlining payment details. Payments will be due prior to move-in day. If a resident signs up for car or moped parking he/she will also receive a parking lease that must be signed and returned.
- All Accessory Package terms are assumed to be equal to the length of the lease. Residents may cancel any services, except parking, with 30-days advance written notice. No partial refunds. Payment is due on the first of each month - residents will not receive a monthly statement. If residents choose a six-month payment term and wish to extend these services past the initial term, the resident must provide 30-days advance written notice.
- Please note that shared services, such as housekeeping, housewares, cable, etc. may be shared by all roommates, but will be charged to the account of, and be treated as the sole responsibility of, the single individual that ordered the service. Services will be discontinued if there is an outstanding balance.
- Lazybones Laundry and American Family Insurance will contact residents directly to establish service and handle billing. The terms listed above do not apply for these services. Each company will outline their terms when service is established.
