  • ResTech Services, Lazybones Laundry, Anytime Fitness, and Allstate Insurance will work with you directly to establish service and handle billing. Each company will outline their terms when service is established.
  • Please note that shared services, such as housekeeping, cable, etc. may be shared by all roommates, but will be charged to the account of, and be treated as the sole responsibility of, the single individual that ordered the service. Services will be discontinued if there is an outstanding balance.
  • Accessory Package payments will be due on, or before, your move-in day. All Accessory Package terms are assumed to be equal to the length of the contract. Residents may cancel any services, except parking, with 30-days advance written notice. No partial refunds. Payment is due on the first of each month. Residents will not receive a monthly statement.
